21 How do I buy Axies?
You can purchase Axies from the official Axie Infinity Marketplace at marketplace.axieinfinity.com or through App.axie. First, ensure you have a Ronin wallet with WETH (Wrapped Ethereum). Bridge ETH from an Ethereum wallet to Ronin, then browse the marketplace for Axies based on their stats, body parts, classes, and prices. Each Axie has unique genes determining its abilities and appearance. Consider the current meta and your gameplay strategy when selecting Axies.
22 How do I cash out SLP or AXS?
To cash out, you can withdraw SLP or AXS from your Ronin wallet to exchanges like Binance using the RON network. In Binance, select Withdraw, choose SLP or AXS, select RON network, enter your Ronin address (replacing "ronin:" with "0x"), and confirm. Alternatively, bridge your tokens to Ethereum using the Ronin Bridge, then transfer to exchanges that support Ethereum network. Trading fees on Ronin network are minimal (1 SLP or 0.005 AXS) compared to Ethereum gas fees.
23 What are Fortune Slips?
Fortune Slips are items obtained through collectible Axies that provide utility in the Bounty Board system. Players can use Fortune Slips to re-roll bounties, giving them another chance to get more favorable tasks or better rewards. This feature adds depth to the ecosystem by providing additional utility to collectible Axies beyond their use in battles.
24 What is the Axie Competitive Circuit?
The Axie Classic Competitive Circuit is a series of year-round competitions including Guild Wars (for guilds), Season Championships (for individual players who reach top Arena leaderboard rankings), and the Axie Classic World Cup. These competitions offer substantial AXS prize pools and provide elite players opportunities to compete at the highest level and earn eternal Lunacian glory.
25 What are Guilds in Axie Classic?
Guilds are player-created communities for collaborative gameplay in Axie Classic. Guild members can compete in Guild Wars, participate in competitive events, complete guild quests together, and earn Guild Points (GP) through activities like the Cursed Coliseum. Guilds create a social structure where managers and scholars can organize, share strategies, and compete as teams in the Axie Classic Competitive Circuit.
26 What is Axie Homeland?
Axie Homeland is a game within the Axie ecosystem where players can walk around Lunacia with their NFT Axies, chat with others, and build settlements on land plots. Features include the Passive Adventure system where you send NFT Axies on adventures, land-based gameplay, the Moonfall quest system for earning rewards, and Avatar Mode. Non-land owners can become Stewards through the Land Delegation website to access land-based gameplay.
27 What are starter Axies and how do I get them?
Starter Axies are free Axies provided in Origins to allow players to start playing without purchasing NFT Axies. Recent additions include Mít, Hope, Shillin, Xia, and Bing. You can obtain additional starter Axies through the Account Level Reward System by earning EXP through gameplay. Starter Axies can be evolved and promoted as you progress. These Axies have limited functionality compared to collectible NFT Axies but allow free entry into the game.
28 How does breeding Axies work?
Breeding creates new Axies by combining two parent Axies. You need both AXS and SLP tokens to breed, with the amount depending on the breed count of the parent Axies. Each Axie has a maximum breed count. The offspring inherits genes from both parents, determining its body parts, class, and abilities. Breeding is strategic as it can create Axies with valuable gene combinations. The tokens used for breeding are burned, creating a deflationary mechanism for both AXS and SLP.
29 What are Runes and Charms in Origins?
Runes and Charms are craftable items in Origins that provide additional abilities and strategic advantages in battles. They represent the vertical progression system in the game. Players can craft these items using materials and can disenchant unwanted Runes and Charms to receive Scrap through the new Scrap System. Scrap can then be exchanged for items used in further crafting, creating an item economy within Origins.
30 What is the Energy Burst system in Origins?
Energy Burst is a core mechanic in Origins where players collect Energy Fragments during battles. Each Energy Burst permanently increases your energy per turn by 1, and every two Energy Bursts increases card draw per turn by 1. You collect Energy Fragments by playing cards (equivalent to the card's energy cost), through inherent card/rune/charm effects, and from unspent energy at turn end (1 unspent = 2 fragments, 2 unspent = 3 fragments). This creates strategic depth as matches progress.
